Hi,
On your dxdiag I can see that the game keeps crashing due to an error with a Nahimic2OSD.dll file. I did some extra research and this file seems to be related to MSI Nahimic audio software.
I cannot find any reference to this audio device in your dxdiag, but make sure that this device is updated or turned off.
6770M sadly doesn't meet the requirements for Need for Speed so we won't be able to get the game running on your system.

Hi,
Your Radeon HD6900 is considered a legacy card by AMD. This means that it will no longer receive drivers updates and will therefore be unable to run Need for Speed. This also means that I will not be able to troubleshoot your system further.
Do let me know if you have any further questions.
The game was working just fine for weeks until today... it didn't lock up but it wouldn't allow me to exit the game. So, I ctl-alt-deleted and ended the task. Now when I try to launch the game I instantly get the message "Need for Speed has stopped working." I have already tried deleting the save game folder and uninstalling and reinstalling...still nothing.

There are errors at the bottom of your Dxdiag report that suggest your video drivers may need a clean install. A clean install removes any previous installation that may be causing an issue. Please see the following link for step by step instructions on performing a custom/clean install of your video drivers:
You should try not installing the GeForce experience or 3D components to eliminate those as another potential cause of your issue. Let us know your results here please.
Hello.
My NFS Deluxe was working great until 2 days ago. Didn't try to play again until today.
Trying to launch the game, NFS process does start, then closes after 5-7 seconds.
.Tried running NFS as admin, no results.
.Tried disabling origin in game for NFS, no results.
.Tried rebooting CPU, Router and Modem, no results.
.Tried uninstalling and reinstalling latest nvidia drivers, no results.
.Tried repairing the game, no results.
On a side note, I've noticed Origin's "activationUI,exe" runs and closes itself around 5 times when I try to launch the game.
Please, help.Thanks in advance.
//////EDIT//////
Fixed. If anyone faces this issue, try this and check the results.
.Navigate to \Need for Speed\Core, then right click "ActivationUI.exe" and grant it admin rights..Do the same procedure for the game's main executable NFS16.exe, found on the game's install folder.
.Also, remove backwards compatibility for the game's main exe if it has one set to it (my NFS16.exe had win7 compatibility enabled, which I never did enable, don't know why - just took that out).
Done, that solved the issue for me, running like a swift gazelle back again.
Great weekend y'all, best wishes form Argentina.
