Re: Promo active! Tuner Trials All Access - Why always on Monday?

Doesn't matter that you are not a VIP.

What @Unicomessina said is when a Tuner Trial promo is running (either on Monday or on any other day of the week, except for the usual Sunday) you can run it twice.

Here in Australia it usually starts at 10:00am, then reset and starts again at 5:00am midnight.  Convert to your own time zone and enjoy each TT twice...

Edit:  correction. It resets at midnight.

In my time zone it resets at night and as I'm not "no life" I do not run it twice. The main question is still not answered, by EA.

@THEJAJO You won't find any answers from Firemonkeys here.

This is a player support forum, where players help players on their issues with their games. That's pretty much why a lot of people don't stay here once their issue is solved (or unsolved).

The devs typically don't look at posts here. They look at posts in the official forum (Need For Speed official forum has been shut down though) and reddit.

You may get an answer from Haemophilus (Firemonkeys community manager) over at NFS No Limits reddit by posting in there, but keep in mind that NFS No Limits reddit is not a NFS No Limits official forum so don't treat it as one.

Besides, the rules over at NFS No Limits reddit are different from the rules here.

I have a few friends over at NFS No Limits reddit. Two of them are Jin (who also happens to be a moderator over there) and Boss. Download laughing 24

Hadn't talk to them for a while though. Download sad 20

Every time I enter a request on FM support site, they suggest me to post here. I'm really confused. 0_o

@THEJAJO I have two ways to describe this.

Nice way: Firemonkeys support redirects you to Answers HQ for you to get help from players that have knowledge of the game and / or had experienced the same issues as you do.

Blunt way: Firemonkeys support redirects you to Answers HQ just to get rid of you.

Any developers of any game don't visit Answers HQ. They only look at posts in the official forums and reddit.

The only people here are players (Regular members, Champions, Heroes) and Answers HQ community managers.

The AHQ community managers look at AHQ as a whole. They don't specialize in any game out there.

@TheRealJony  thank you for explaining this.

I must admit this is indeed strange. Beyond strange. After all, these Answers HQ forums are hosted on EA servers, under the URL "answers.ea.com"...

So if EA developers are not looking at these forums it says a lot about EA as a company and about how much they care about their customers!

I also had the "privilege" to open a support ticket with FM, only to be told to go and look for answers here.

And to be honest, the more I read about EA in these forums, and with every update they release, the more I am determine not to spend a cent on this game.

    @yud111 I have a correction to make.

The devs don't look at any forums at all. It would be extremely rare for a dev to even make a post on a forum.

While the devs are developing the game(s), there are people that look at the forums and communicate between both the players and the developers.

That's where the community managers come in.

The communication between the players and the devs goes like this:

Players > Community Managers > Developers

Developers > Community Managers > Players

So when I said "Developers" from my previous post, I really meant "Game community managers".

@TheRealJony  thank you for explaining this.

Either way the current situation is unacceptable.

Any company that hosts support forums does so in order to assist its customers. Reps of the company always participate in the conversations and provide assistance.

This is not the case with EA.

They do not participate in the General Discussion section and they do not assist in the Technical Issues section. At best you are told to open a case with FM, who often tell you to look for the answers here.

It's people like yourself, Unicomessina and others that provide the real help.

    As I said - unacceptable.
