Late Reply, but I think the only thing you can do and try is to reinstall the game. During your mod installation.. A mod might have hit or maybe even damaged a certain script/file in the File Path. If this does not fix the issue, then I can only tell you to sadly just start a new game (But save your game in a USB-Drive or something first since this is a risky thing to do).
