    I wanted to check if this has kept up. 

    If so, I believe we are running into the issue shared here.

    Please try the additional steps mentioned in that thread and if the issue continues please provide the requested information.

    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number\
