I quote from the email Firemonkeys Support has send to one of you:
"If you have reconnected your Google Play or Game Center profile, and are still missing your save data, we are very sorry, but we will need to organise a reimbursement for you as soon as we can."
In this case it seems they won't be able to restore your data and according to Firemonkeys, you will be reimbursed. I do not have further communication so please wait for a response from their side.
