Thank you for the reply. I tried enabling and disabling v-sync from the game 'Graphics' menu and from nvidia control panel settings for SHIFT 2. The problem persists for any combinations of native and nvidia forced v-sync. I have latest drivers and the only suggestion I come to is trying to install proper Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and DirectX but I'm not sure which versions were actual for the game.
