This was a known issue when the game first launched; with that being four months ago I can confirm once again that at the moment this is not a widespread issue, but rather an occurrence for individual users.

For the moment this means that I can only provide you with our troubleshooting guide, which you have checked, or refer you to your internet provider for further assistance. If you want to have a Game Advisor go over this with you in more detail, feel free to setup a contact with them as well.
