Was it that hard this time? Or was it the same event as last a year before? I was quite a newbie, playing only for about 2 weeks or so, but did not have a problem finishing the event (without gold, of course). Though later on I regretted finishing too early - it was my first event so I did not know I won't have a chance to use the rest of the tickets and that upgrading that car once I own it is much more costly (there were no scrap points and chop shop at that time).

The final PR requirement was a pretty big jump. More so than in other events I think. I ended up requiring 3 fuel topups because I basically ran out of time. I was doing the final race pretty much bang on midnight so took a load of screenshots of the completion screen that I could send to support in case the game had a hissy fit and decided it wouldn't give me the car because the event had technically finished. Seems to have worked ok though

Nope. Exactly the same as last year. I chose family over a video game so I didn't get to play as much as I could've to win the car (just like last year). Oh well, I enjoyed my family during the holidays so, if I'm still playing this game next Christmas, maybe I'll win it then... We'll see.
