I have the Thrustmaster T500rs as well with the shifter addon too. I rented need for speed payback, which is how I found this out. HOWEVER, I have the Thrustmaster T80 as well. The Thrustmaster T80 DOES work with Need For Speed Payback on the PS4. I haven't tried it with windows or Xbox. I assume with the windows version it will work using a controller pairing program. I am gonna try it and see. When I do, I am going report my results here.
