Re: Studio error 00238.0

I have a custom version of a car in the app but the game can’t see it Here’s the solution:

Double-check the app and the game are linked to the same EA Account.

Check the car you want to import to the game nfs heat shows in your Favorites in the app studio, that’s where your saved cars go.

Make sure that the car you bought at the dealership (in nfs heat game) is the same make and model as your customized car (in nfs heat studio)

Make sure you’ve switched to your new car at the garage in nfs heat game. The car needs to be active so you can apply your customization to it.

Done all you said... that Error still there... it seems not linking to the app at all

  • The issue is not trying to get the car, the issue is that... there is not even a sign in account for ea or just a part of the account services that can link from PlayStation to ea, nothing comes out for me. Do you know this issue? Its super weird.

  • @Despang I'm still amazed that with such an approach to players, there is still an EA... It's * 3 Years and EA it still won't fix it!
