@EA_David Hello are you in the middle of fixing the glitch because it is not even letting me in the game, I think it is not letting me in the game now because you are fixing the glitch is that right?

@EA_David Hello are you working on these glitches because I tried jumping into another Racer event in Career mode and it is taking so long to start to the event, I think this is another glitch that I have seen that someone has mentioned it as well, I will send you a photo of it!

@EA_David Hello when will you get back to me (via message) because more glitches are developing in game and I am getting a bit worried because I really want to complete all the events in Career mode and get all the cars and get to Racer rank: 20 - Most Wanted and Cop rank: 20 - Ultimate Enforcer before the game gets too old that not much people will play the game anymore and the glitches are really holding me up so I would really like for you to text me back asap just to know that you solving the glitches and they will be gone soon

Hi, sorry I was off for a few days. 

If you haven't done so already, can you try a reinstall of the game and see if that helps? I haven't been able to recreate this on my PS4, so I suspect that there might be a local component to your issues.

@EA_David I have deleted and reinstalled it, I did it like a week ago, and when I didn't quite complete the reinstallation (I started the application without it's online features) I tried one of the Racer events in Career mode and it was completely fine, I thought the glitch was gone permanently, but when I tried it completely reinstalled with its online features it happened again and I don't know why

Unfortunately there often isn't a swift response on such things, as they need to be verified and, we often don't get specific confirmation about individual issues until a patch rolls out. 

I wonder, do you have the game installed on an internal drive or an external drive/extended storage? It shouldn't be a factor, but it can be in some cases. 

Not sure, but I think it was installed in my System Storage, because I looked at it 2 days ago and it showed as that the game was installed in System Storage even though I have the disc version in my PS4, maybe the System Storage was the source of installing the game but I don't know, I have been playing the game without its online features and I haven't encountered the same glitches in the game but imagine if I was to play it online with other players in a public game (well I can't now because I don't have PlayStation Plus and you need it to play online) I don't know if any server generated races or hot pursuits will lead me and the players on the road where the under the map glitch happens then I don't know if it will happen the same as it would in Career mode. Do you think it will happen? because I'm not sure, and when do you think the next patch update will come out? because I am long waiting for the next update and hopefully the patches will be all the glitches that everyone has encountered has been fixed so they can just enjoy the game without any more complaints and stress about these glitches and rate the game 5 stars
