What I did was that I waited for a few minutes to let the game refresh itself while waiting in the garage. Another way is to exit the garage, and then re-enter the garage, and see if that fixes the issue. I had this issue ever since last week so, the only thing you can do is just wait for a few, so the game refreshes, and/or retrieves data.
