Re: Under the Hood: Turning up the Heat

And while we’ve had some great memories over those twenty-five years, we’re not here to look back and reminisce. We’ve got our eyes set firmly on the future. But even while focusing on the future especially this year we’ve also thought a lot about what NFS means to you, and perhaps more importantly what we hope it will mean as we move forward.

Perhaps you should look back and realize what you once did right and where it all went downhill afterwards - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Need_for_Speed:_Most_Wanted_(2005_video_game)

Just remaster this without adding any additional * like loot-boxes etc. and watch the profits roll in. You can maybe add in an open world multiplayer aspect to it. That's it. Period.

Firstly, must say this message kinda sounds very promising but we have heard that before. There must be a very good story. One that keeps bringing us back to watching the cinematics over 10 years later , a good amount of vintage but new cars as well with the deep customization that came with most wanted 05 and or carbon. Those were the best. Maybe include the driving mechanics from most wanted 2012 and new graphics plus everything else mentioned and then we shall have a great game

Excelent comment I hope that read it them, but i would like add that in the last year their focus had be cars, customization and good graphics this is ok, but the way to connect with the true fans is to experiment event that would develop in the real life, because make us feel that it could happen to any racing fan in reality. That is the reason because Most Wanted and Carbon we like so. You have to create history that connect with the ordinary people and that agree growth progressive, in such a way that the best cars we can bouy at least to we have a lot money or you win the car of rival. Because that is the way happen in the real life. Also you have to create characters that identify with people in the reality as to Ryan Cooper as The boy racing that lose his car, or The capitan Nathan Cross that want to catch him. That connect with the fans. This is for me and a lot of user that I read on the web THE ADN of NFS.
I hope you that read this. Team NFS

An enjoyable FREE ROAM in a beautiful city as well as some old school multiplayer like how it used to be. Offline and online.

Have you ever thought maybe, I don’t know, replaying Most Wanted? Since you want the same Most Wanted so much? Remasters are dumb. Renewing licences and expending development time recreating literally the same game with fancy graphics is dumb. Just go play the old one.

C'mon, you didn't like Rivals, or the 2015 reboot?

Anyways, a remaster/remake (preferably) of Most Wanted 2005 or Underground 2 would be great... But they've already declared they're doing something different this year, so probably will be a completely new game.

Whatever the case, absolutely love the series, have been playing since a very young age, has been the most familiar series to me forever... Lots of fond memories and extreme nostalgic love for the games. Always loved racing games, and NFS has always been the best, Underground 1/2, Carbon, Most Wanted (2005, 2012), Hot Pursuit, Pro-Street, The Run, Shift 2, Rivals, 2015, Payback (unfortunately)... Just want a new game, maybe combining the best from each of the installments I mentioned... Would be great if it's something gorgeous and fun like Rivals, or customization-heavy, very lively night-time street racing, like Underground 2 or 2015. Just can't wait for a new game, Payback was horrible, a real disappointment.
  • uh they’re not the same devs that made Most Wanted 05, EA Black Box who made Most Wanted 05 doesnt exist anymore. They closed in 2013.

    No.
We want a new game, if you want to play MW2005, then just go play it.
    MW2005 is overrated anyways.
