We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing this problem.
If you have a product activation code for an EA game purchased from any digital or packaged goods retailer, you can enter that code into Origin to add the game into your Origin game library.
If you have already used the code to enable your Origin account for additional content or online features of the game, you must use that same Origin account when logging into the Origin desktop client.
Not all titles are supported at this time, but we are continually working to add support for titles.
Older games such as BF2 use an older type of code that we are still working to support. Please note that for some games you may need to download the game again using Origin, installing a 2nd version of the game on your machine.
