Sorry, already looked at that link. It wasn't of any help.

Like I said, it isn't my job to try and resolve what should be a really basic issue. If EA can't remedy such a basic problem they really need to take a long hard look in the mirror. It is 2018 and using an XBox controller in Windows shouldn't present any issues to a half way decent developer.

I've already wasted enough time on this. I'm not looking for a solution at this point, I simply wanted to voice my dissatisfaction as a customer.
