Red lines mission impossible to complete despite winning

Even after beating Magnus Walker 5 times in 3 different cars it still wont let me proceed with the story

Bro how they didn't fix it for 6 years... 2021!!!!!! I can't do the mission i raced like 10 times lol i tried everything that i can

      I finished it finally after countless attempts, i think u have to win closely like only 2 seconds before him not like 20 seconds like i did everytime but i got it so im happy
