Redeem codes not working need for speed deluxe

Hi there, I've purchased my need for speed deluxe edition hard copy. I've problem redeeming the codes.

    If you are receiving a specific error message when redeeming the code, please let us know. This is the only way to verify what is happening. Thanks!

i have a problem with mine i had this game for nearly 9 months and wasent bothered about deluxe but now i am i need the code or i am gonna go well crazy i spent extra money for no apsolute reason right
