Redeem Codes not working

Is it just the koenigsegg not showing up or were other cars missing? 

The Koenigsegg is only unlocked once you reach level 20 in the racer career. 

You will see additional packs in the Playstation store, as each of the DLC packs were separated into cop and racer packs, with a combined pack of both. the complete edition contains all of the cop and racer bundles, so you may see the individual cop and racer packs as available to purchase, but you will already have all the content.

    The koenigsegg one:1 is not showing up for cop or racer, does it require my racer career to be level 20 before i can access it for both sides? Also I have experienced a random crash whilst scrolling through the car select for the racer career, it has only happened once and didn't effect any save data, but I had to restart my PS4.
