Redeem My Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit Steam Key and delete my inactive account

Good evening,

I'm sending you this message for 2 reasons.

1: I'm having problems with my Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit key. I have this game in Steam, but i'm trying redeem in Origin, but i'm having many problems, and i'm having error with this process.

2: I would like delete my Origin account and EA account with the username AlbertoGeass and with the email [edit: email address removed] because i don't use it nothing.

I would recommend going to EA Support and talking to a representative over live chat to solve your problem.
However, I do not believe that you can delete accounts. What you can do is simply create a new account and/or not use the account in question.
