[Redirected] - NFS Rivals player progress lost

I'm playing NFS Rivals on Xbox One. This same issue occurred for the third time yesterday. The day before that, I live-chatted with a rep who suggested doing a power cycle of the Xbox One and then uninstalling and re-installing NFS Rivals on the system. I did both of those things on 11/25 and on 11/26 the issue happened again, taking me from level 11 back to level 7 (I still have the rank 10 achievement). Any ideas on what's causing this?

I was at level 20 on both racer and cop and the next day I sign on my cop progress is completely gone and racer is set back to 19. WTFH! How about you ea people recognize this and fix it!
