Refund not issued?

Hello!

So a couple of days ago I attempted to refund Need for Speed (2015) as it didn't really match my expectations. 4 or 5 days have passed since then and the only thing that turns up is an empty "You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now.", nor have I received any email notifications saying that my refund has been rejected, and if it has, then why.

However, the order page still shows that the request is still being processed. I did happen to launch the game while the refund was still active, but I seriously doubt that could affect it in any way. At least nothing along the lines of "you cannot play the game whilst the refund is being processed."

I'm posting this issue here as I wasn't able to find any email addresses and the Live Chat just seemed to take forever.

(I've provided an image down below that shows the "Refund requested, See details" section still being active, but upon clicking on it, I'm being lead to a deleted page.)

    I can confirm the status of your refund is "Refund requested", it will take a little more time for this to be fully processed and we ask for your patience until then. Thanks.

    Thank you for your response.

    I'm sure processing a refund request isn't easy and I absolutely understand the need to wait, however, the "case" has absolutely disappeared.

    See, whenever I click the "See details" link, it sends be to the page below. Is it some kind of a server error?
