Refund not issued?
Hello!
So a couple of days ago I attempted to refund Need for Speed (2015) as it didn't really match my expectations. 4 or 5 days have passed since then and the only thing that turns up is an empty "You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now.", nor have I received any email notifications saying that my refund has been rejected, and if it has, then why.
However, the order page still shows that the request is still being processed. I did happen to launch the game while the refund was still active, but I seriously doubt that could affect it in any way. At least nothing along the lines of "you cannot play the game whilst the refund is being processed."
I'm posting this issue here as I wasn't able to find any email addresses and the Live Chat just seemed to take forever.

Apologies, that is not supposed to happen. You can also check the status of your refund by contacting an Advisor.
