refund the game

Question

Hello, I recently purchased NFS Heat Origin version and constantly facing DirectX error upon launching the game, although it shows I'm having 12hrs of gameplay but I'm not able to get past the starting screen. However, I recently purchased steam version and the game is running fine. Is there a way where I can request a refund on my origin version? Yes I know it's been 5 days since I purchased the game and over 24 hours after I first launch my game, but I wasn't able to enjoy the game a single bit.

You are likely outside of the refund window but you can check if your game qualifies for a refund using the information here:

Yes im outside the window, there's no exception i guess? I couldn't find any refund tab at the order history anymore.

@MakimaKei Have you tried this?This computer &gt; selecting bootdrive &gt; propperties &gt; disk cleanup &gt; delete directx shader cacheAnd else you can download DDU uninstall your GPU driver, and download the latest from Intel, AMD or NVIDIA.This is if you still want to play the game. But believe me this game might have more problems. So a refund might be worth it.
