Thanks for your reply, however, it doesn't help, the so called "Refund" button does not exist in my browser, I've searched through the terms and conditions for information that will give me a name or contact information so I can write and request a refund. After contacting Trading Standards, I have been advised of what to do and have followed theri instructions. It seems that Trading Standards can be bothered to give relevant information about gaining a refund, where EA Games do not or will not give a simple solution to retrieving money paid for items that customers are prevented from accessing.
Angry, yes I am, very, I have been taken for a mug by EA Games and I am livid about the lousy customer service I have received so far. It has put me off ever owning or promiting anything produced by EA Games
