Removal of cop factions and playable law enforcement teams

i understand that the cops are more story driven now and the newer games are more focused on making the cops the bad guys but its been nearly 8 years since the last time we were able to play as cops ...

The community would likely not accept the change, that’s the assumption I’d make. Honestly, I like it the way it is now, maybe something similar to NFS Most Wanted (2005) would be ideal.
