[Resolved] - Need for Speed: Network - Error 500

I am also having this same problem.

I try to login to the site and get the error 500.

I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE.

So not sure what else to try.  I have tried the standard clearing the cookies, temp folder, and cache.

For me I tried the CCleaner, malware bites, and microsoft security scan.  Though they didn't find anything.

Though this system is a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.  Fresh install of Origin, Need for speed world, Need for Speed Rivals, and SWTOR.  Also firefox & chrome are fully updated and all windows updates are installed.

Now here is what else I have checked.  I have also used a Mac running OS-X Yosemite using Chrome & Safari.  Still get the error 500 on that system.  yes I made sure the cookies and cache was cleared.

I then took a flash drive and installed Ubuntu on it and made sure that I installed Firefox and Chromium.  I then tested the website on both those browsers.  Well guess what I still got the error 500 on that.  Which in this case is a FRESH install of Ubuntu linux with a clean full install of Firefox & Chromium.  So at this point we can rule out the browsers and OS's as 3 OS's tested and browsers.

I also verified and I am done with the tutorial on both racer and cop.  I am on Chapter 4 on racer and Chapter 2 on Cop.  So its not that :D

Not sure what else I can really try.

Also on a side note the network need for speed iOS app also wont login correctly either.

So at this point EA Tech support person, we need to find a real solution to this problem as we just proved that the error 500 happens on Windows, Mac, and Linux.  We also know we get the problem in Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chromium.  So we also know that we have fresh installs of the OS's and made sure no viruses, spyware, malware, or other offending stuff  is there.  Also fresh clean installs of browsers too.  So can't blame it on Cookies and Cache there either.

Now I think we need to possibly talk to programmers and actually find out what is going on with the servers.  Cause we know there is a bug somewhere!
