I've been having this problem on Firefox, Chrome and IE on Windows 7, as well as latest iOS on iPhone 5 and iPad Air since I bought Rivals around Thanksgiving!
Also contacted support, but they were useless...told me to clear cache, DNS, etc., which I did, didn't fix it.
Please fix this! I've only got half a game right now...considering returning it since the NFS Network and OverDrive features are currently unusable!
They are working on it Zapadas. I'll keep you posted but I don't how long this might take.
