That's right Nanoudragana this issue is not resolved yet but the game advisor must have sent you a reply I believe.
At anytime you can update your case.
This said, for this particular error (Error 500) the best is to wait until we get some updates. At this stage, there is no action the customer support team can perform in order to resolve this issue, but this might change.
it is interesting though that some people are using it. today i got a person who refilled my nitrous and repaired my car while i was playing. so the question is, why is it working for some people and others is not?

Indeed, not every is affected, for example mine is working, I am still able to access to the Network without any issue but there must be a common factor.
