Indeed, not every is affected, for example mine is working, I am still able to access to the Network without any issue but there must be a common factor.

Mine is still not working... and i opened a case but i still have no response.

15 days waiting for a solution...

I understand there is nothing you can do, but try to understand us... the ones who have paid for a game we can not fully use
