That is right @Jason12747.
I am happy to report that the team fixed this issue earlier today and the Need for Speed Network should be now available to the players who were previously experiencing an Error 500.
If there is any other issue or difficulty for connecting to the App please leave a comment in this thread.

I know this is after a couple of years, but i am getting the same problem and have tried everything you previously said

Can you let us know if clearing your browser cache and cookies has an effect on this. It may also be worthwhile disabling your browser plugins temporarily and then testing again.

The problem seems to persist since a few days ago. Regardless of device/network I use, I encounter the error 500. I believe this is an internal server error. Perhaps it would be wise to check on the servers or the website.
UPDATE: 03 / FEB.
I can successfully log in (browser and app), however, when I try to change my avatar I get the same error.

The problem is still right here, right now. For 2 days. Can't do anything.
