It seems obvious that many others are encountering the same or similar issue as I am, which in a way is pleasing to hear that it's not anything I am doing or failing to do correctly with the Overwatch app, but despite the efforts made by the likes of trickeh2k [which is much appreciated] the question remains the same; "Where can i go to get some answers on the status of Overwatch? Is the app in operation or not?
The premise that the members of these boards share their expertise and knowledge with each other is brilliant but in situations like this I would expect some intervention from a member of the team responsible for maintaining the game and it's peripherals to be able to relate 'facts' to us regarding the status of known glitches and system failures.
I would be happy to hear for instance, that 'the game/overwatch' is experiencing problems; that they are aware of the problems and that they are actively addressing them, than sitting here constantly changing browsers, emptying caches and F5 refreshing ... and consequently getting more frustrated by the hour.
If a member of the EA/Rivals team could say, "Give us a few days and it will be sorted" then that too is fine by me.
So! there must be someone somewhere I can get it touch with that can give a definitive answer to the question, "is Overwatch working as it should on the platforms that it should?"
