I think you didn't understand my previous message correctly. Please let me clarify:
I asked you to create a new thread because this thread is related to an Overwatch issue which is now resolved. You seem to be experiencing a different, non-related issue. Because this is a community based environment other players might not see your issue if you post it off-topic, and the wrong thread. Instead, create a new post so it will have full visibility to everyone. I will also be glad to help you in that thread.

It sounds like you are experiencing general connection issues. Several things you can check in that case:
- Unplug your console and router from the power for about two minutes before restarting them
- Make sure that you are using a wired internet connection
