Save Data & Cloud Issues: lost data and game progress

ORIGINAL MESSAGE
Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the game @12KpBumblebee but Answers HQ is a player-to-player forum and we cannot restore your lost data here.
For further assistance with that issue you will need to contact Firemonkeys directly. Before doing so, please make sure to read this message from the studio:
There have been reports of players missing their save data. In most cases the data is still on our servers and can be retrieved.
If you're seeing the tutorial stage of Need for Speed: No Limits again, but have previously had your game logged in to Google Plus or Game Center, you may simply need to log back into your profile your save from our servers.
If you've manually uninstalled then reinstalled your game and returned the tutorial stage, and had not previously had your game connected to Google Plus or Game Center. I'm afraid that your save data has been lost and cannot be restored.
If your unsaved data was lost due to a game crash or update, or if a previously saved game is not appearing after reconnecting, please contact our team for technical support.

Hi everyone,
I took the liberty to merge several threads to avoid duplicates and make information easier to find.
If you are new to Answers HQ, please note that:
- AHQ is not a support channel, it is a player-to-player forum to share tips and tricks for issues that do not require customer support tools.
- The community managers working on AHQ do not have access to your accounts / game saves etc...
As explained in the "SAVE DATA & CLOUD ISSUES: LOST DATA AND GAME PROGRESS" sticky, if you are correctly logged into your Google Plus or Game Center but cannot retrieve your game data, you will need to contact Firemonkeys' support team directly. They have the tools to either retrieve your data or, if necessary, to replace some of the lost data.
We recommend to send only 1 ticket per issue and to avoid updating your tickets without cause (to ask for updates for instance). The reason for that is to avoid clusters and bigger queues than necessary, but also because tickets are bumped back to the end of the queue whenever they are updated.
The support team will contact you at the email you have provided in your support request, even if it takes a few days. Make sure to provide your Player ID number and to select Lost save data and progress in the drop down menu.
