  • If you have trouble connecting online in Need for Speed, try opening or forwarding these ports to improve your connection.

Opening or forwarding ports specific to your game often improves connection issues.

Need for Speed is a live, constantly evolving service and requires a persistent Internet connection. We will include free content updates and challenges as an ever-present ways for you to earn rewards and continually explore the game.

If you experience connectivity issues with any of our online games and have exhausted basic connection steps such as clearing the cache, adjusting privacy settings, or disabling firewalls, you may need to add port exceptions to your network connection.

Follow our instructions to open TCP or UDP ports for connection issues article and use the corresponding platform ports below:

Find your platform and use the designated ports

    PLATFORM UDP TCP
    Xbox One 88; 500; 3544; 4500; 3074; 53; 10000-40000; 3659 53; 80; 443; 3074; 42230
    PlayStation 4 10000-40000; 3478-3479; 3659 80; 443; 1935; 3478-3480; 42230

You can also put your PS4 or XB1 into DMZ (same as open all ports at once).

  • Me too. I bought a bmw m3 E92. Tuned it fully but I couldn't get in the wrap menu. I restarted the game and I was back with my civic and 20k$. I bought the bmw again and tuned it and i could acces the wrap menu. After some hours i started the game again and everything except my civic was gone and it wouldn't save any changes to my car. Hope it gets patched soon.

If you got a car which the game fails to save costumizations on, you can sell it, and buy it again.. Did it with my Supra, just to get her on the road again.. Or you might need to wait for another update..

  • Mine is solved by adjusting the final drive to the middle of the bar (default) and then apply any part you wanted to install, after that you can revert the final drive adjustment

Can you explain some more. What do you mean by adjusting the final drive?
