Serial number invalid
I have just purchased the game and whe installing it it says the serial number entered is invalid!! Please, help!

Try to redeem your product key via Origin - This will allow you to create a digital copy of your game.
- Log in to Origin with the EA account you would like your game added to.
- Click on the Origin menu on the top left.
- Select "Redeem Product Code."
- Enter the serial key from the back of your game manual.
If the issue persists please contact the Origin support Team.
To do so, go to http://help.ea.com/ and click on "Contact Us," follow the steps, and scroll down until you see "I Still Need Help."
