Set up for Sensitivity and Deadzone settings

Any one have a good basic set up for Sensitivity and Deadzone settings ?

    I used to before the update. Mine worked well by having deadzone and sensitivity at half bar for both braking and acceleration. Now nothing fixes my issue at self accelerating. I have to keep my settings at 0 to have minimal impact.
