Shipments After Restart
So, I completed the game, restarted and now when I level up or even complete stars challenges, I get no shipments... Any reason for this?

If I restart NFS payback on PS4 will I lose the ability to get shipments after I level up? Also do I get all the deluxe edition cars and shipments packs again or can I kiss all that goodbye?
you won't get any shipments until you reach/pass the level you were at when you restarted. For instance, if you were already level 30 and restarted, your first shipment would arrive at level 31 in the new game. You do get the Deluxe edition cars again, but not the shipments.
