Should EA add Need for Speed Rivals to Nintendo Switch?

I don't understand how EA made Need for Speed Rivals for Xbox, PS4, and Pc. Why can't they add it as well?

The Switch is probably way too weak to run Rivals.

The X360 and PS3 versions don't run that great either, but they have enough power to make it playable.
