    But, I have tried it many times and also reset the controls configuration but is not working in my laptop.

      Num pad key 2 is not working for changing the songs in my laptop.   Can someone please help me.

        Hi, what keyboard are you using? On some setups you might need to press numlock, or a function key in order to activate the relevant keys.
