Hi Tom,

Firstly thank you for your prompt reply as EA are very slow at responding.

Yes you are totally correct, the last thing on the checklist is my routers firewall as I don't have home share enables and therefore my laptop doesn't control any of the firewall settings associated with my router.

I will get back to you with results however unfortunately I tried to connect my Xbox one via hotspot to my phone again and now it doesn't allow me to upload snapshots...why I have no idea. The NAT settings are open though as before with my phone but 'snapshot upload failed' occurred! Of course I work in IT as an ERP consultant so I know my way around back end and front end networks and SQL. I assume that my mobile provider regardless off having LTE connection which exceeds 40mbs download speed has dynamic IP setup and therefore this non static setup like I have exclusively for my Xbox for port forwarding etc must be the reason why my mobile connection sometimes works for snapshots and sometimes doesn't.

I will do a full diagnostic and turn off all firewall setting in my router and report back to you.

Hi Tom,

Unfortunately I have disabled all firewall settings on my router (TP-Link), no luck. It's certainly an issue from EA Servers, hell if I had access to your server farm because as a partner of ours maintains all of EA's Cloud based solid state servers, I would certainly find out why's at least 20% of users (based on the amount of complaints on all forums, YouTube etc and here!) up until now have this issue with NFS 2015 and if you don't believe me check out YouTube and type 'snapshot upload failed' and multiple video from even the most well known NFS gammers (For Example- Nappster- who has multiple well known video tips for NFS 2015) even has this issue...so it's worldwide unfortunately.

I don't know what to say...look at ALL the comments on (https://youtu.be/IPQvVs-hm6w). It's a pandemic which has ruined the game and left us all nearly finished with no snapshots which are saved at the end of every race! Every spontaneous race and so on because I'm not going to go into detail as I don't know if you have played the game to understand how important this issue is to US ALL....in order to warrant an internal escalation on your behalf.

My 4G hotspot doesn't work anymore (snapshot wise) so I guess I was lucky for it to work 2 times and get two snapshots uploaded to earn the achievement.

Please help us, what more can I say...this is not an isolated issue. Please check that YouTube link out, watch the video and more importantly read the comments from all the users- I.E EA users.

    Def not isolated, I play on PC, Origin's vault version of NFS. I have never been able to upload a snap shot. I have even turned off all firewalls, opened all ports, enabled public sharing, and have a decently fast connection. This sure is an elusive solution to try, and Google the answer to.

    We are aware of players experiencing issues with their snapshots. However, we've since found solutions for this.

    Note that all comments in the youtube link you posted were mostly 6 months or older, with a couple more recent ones varying from 2 to 3 months old. There was one reply which stated to delete old Snapshots to solve this problem, so that is something you can try as well.

    It is also worth noting that if you haven't been able to resolve the problem with the settings on your system, that you might also want to look at your modem or router. A firewall on that device could still be in place.

    Me and my friends have given up just like the YouTube videos hence the post date.

    There is no solution, you have issues from your side and it cannot be fixed.

    For gods sake close this topic and support ticket. Useless
