So when is there a fix for "full screen" on PC?

Still getting really annoyed that there is not even an option to put the game into full screen on the game ffs. seriously and it does not have a full screen option, also no "alt Enter" does not work, for some wierd reason this is the only game that it does not work for.!!! urgh.

    HOLD "Alt", and whilst HOLDING "Alt" down, PRESS the "Enter" key (it might appear as a arrow pointing left with a tail pointing upwards). And, yes it WILL work, try clicking inside the game window to give it focus first.

    This ALT and ENTER with the little arrow thing does NOT work. Even with pressing the game window first. OK?
