Softlock by jumping out of map ( stuck in respawn )

Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You will have to take the billboard jump near the bridge, if you hit the angle right you will jump into the space between the fence and the power transformers(?)
What happens when the bug occurs? this will cause you to teleport over the map in a weird camera view, then the game will try to reset you but will get stuck in an infinite loop of resetting you, no way to fix it unless you restart the game
What do you expect to see? an invisible barrier smashing my car into a million pieces, instead of the bug.
