Some Japanese cars are left hand drive in NFS Heat. Why?

Okay, so I'm curious about why some Japanese cars have the steering wheel on the left rather on the right. The Japanese vehicles that are RHD in this game are Nissan Skylines  (R34, R32, and C10 Hakosuka (except R35)), Honda Civic Type R, Nissan 240Z, Nissan 180SX, Nissan Silvia S15, 1997 Honda NSX Type R, and Mazda RX-7 FD Spirit R. Other Japanese cars like the Honda S2000, Honda Integra/Acura RSX-S, 2015 Honda/Acura NSX, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX and X, Nissan GTR R35, Nissan 350Z and 370Z. Anyways, I just want to know why are these Japanese cars in the game LHD instead of RHD. This is not a problem. They don't need to change their dashboard in the next NFS game.
