some must needed consideration
--Some things to seriously consider for the future of the game, all variable to adjust--

1: MAJOR BUG ALERT : Some derelict parts are not registering and creating a problem for players. Once the part is collected it says you collected the part on the map but not in your progress or in the garage to build the car.
2: Speedlists: drifting events need to be removed out of the pool with the racing speedlist and create a second speedlist pool for drifting, drag, and speedcross. drifting ruins the flow of the racing speedlists and shouldnt be varied. just add more events to the offroad and race classes.
3: Car ghosting: first 10 seconds of the race after it starts should have ghosted cars to get a field pace going. Inactive racers at start is a major problem. Also if a car is going less than 60mph you become ghosted so you arent a speed hazard to competitive racers and if you make a mistake you arent immediately smashed by another player upon respawn. in drift events in needs to be completely non contact.
4: Respawn button: please add a respawn button because if a checkpoint is missed due to lag we have to wreck out. also online, make it to where we have a health bar on the car and if you wreck too much then you are out of the race. another option is once the health bar runs out you then respawn with a new car. if you just flip or hit something that should not trigger a wreck cam especially if you are still on your wheels in the end. just take the wreck style from story free roam and put it in online events. it will smooth everything out. the black screen to respawn takes too long and you either dnf or get placed so far back you might as well quit the event. you have a high probability of not winning when you are 1500 yds behind after being 1500 yds ahead when you wrecked.
5: Checkpoint counting connection type: TCP setup for checkpoints not UDP. if TCP is used extend the search to grab the checkpoint that did not ping back to the server. needs to be set to 10-15 seconds.
6: Car pricing: Regera needs to be increased in price to real value of car in reality even with the preorder copy to reduce amount of these cars in multiplayer. other hyper cars need to be raised in price to reduce the amount of hyper cars online. all other cars priced fine. or just outlaw the vehicle in multiplayer until you release some other hyper cars to directly compete with the top speed of the regera.
7: Online tier system with cars associated to ranked lobby: So if you are unranked you can only use 299 cars in casual, you must be rank 3 to use super cars, and rank 5 to use hyper cars in casual speedlist. these are achievable by most players. it will give incentive to play ranked for a period of time to unlock these vehicles. it creates goals and a replay value. it will also reduce the amount of people in hyper cars and super cars out to ram people with high speed vehicles. players who cannot achieve rank 5 are not good enough racers to get to use hyper cars. this would make the 299 cars more abundant and more widely used. It will eliminate a large portion of your toxic ramming racers instantly. (only toxic and bad drivers will disagree with this)
8: Collision rating system: must complete 5 speedlists or 30 events to make calculation. representing white (undetermined), green (clean racer), green/yellow (some contact), yellow (gets into collisions often), orange (caution racer could be unsporting), red (unsporting or gets into collisions quite often), black (avoid this player, player is completely unsporting) to indicate this just have a moderate sized circle next to their gamertag/username on the hideaway menu, roster, and positioning during race. on the hideaway menu on the right display a key that labels each color. there is a lot of room on the bottom portion of that menu. a way to calculate these colors is traffic collisions, wreck cams triggered, collisions with other players, and wreck cam trigger from other players due to their collision.
9: Brake to drift and grip lobbies: they need to be separate so that when you race its balanced and enjoyable.
10: Drifting speedlist events: points scraping is a major issue. If you dont know what this is, its where a player swerves left and right to earn points on straightaways and beats a player in 1st place. drifting zones on the corners need to be created to prevent people from points scraping. its a major problem and needs to be assessed.
11: Buying part tokens or part rolls with in game currency: i currently have 7 million in the game and have every car. i have nothing to spend my money on. we should either be able to buy part tokens or buy rolls on the wheel with in game currency to get additional parts.
To Ghost: i love the effort you have put into this game and i only want to help make it better for the people who love this franchise, me included. keep up the good work in bringing this game back to best arcade racer again.
