SOS Need for Speed Payback Crash at the same spot

[NEW !!! ] NFS Payback auto-close when Jess first cop chase mission (Prologue) - After the BMW M5 crash the cop, the speedometer is shown then it auto-close [SOLVED] NFS Payback can't load on my PC...

Hi @Whiley_Birch, To check do you get any specific error message from NFS when you attempt to launch it?

Hi, I try to fix the error shown in windows event viewer and change it to run as administrator then I can play but in Prologue the game auto close when Jess cop chase mission.

No error message even in windows event viewer...

    Hey @Whiley_Birch 

    Can we start by giving the following a try?

    1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
    3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
    4. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

    If this keeps up would it be possible to get a DxDiag?
