Speedcross will be free ?

I guys, I just saw this video and I was asking to me if this new feature will be free for every players or only for Deluxe Edition owners? Anyone knows ?

    ***2nd EDIT, 22nd Dec***

    An issue has been resolved on PS4 where Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players were not seeing Speedcross as being free.

    At this time, all Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players should see Speedcross as a free download, can you all please confirm this?

    how can i update my game to speedcross free when i have deluxe to ps4?

    Extra content? It's not the 'default' content is that extended to begin with. Like the game, but has more value for money in other games... Don't want to compare it to the hours spend on Football Manager, but come on!

    im have delux dude..

    when i go to a shop, when i want buy one of the new cars i cant, its say i need the car pack ..

    I’ve got the deluxe edition, but when I add the Speedcross Bundle to the PS Store cart it comes up as having to pay for. Why isn’t it coming up as free?
