Stage-Up requirements of High Level Cars

During my current attempt to get the Viper, I started to wonder about the stage up requirements. With four possible stage ups, and presuming each one costs either 20, 25, or 30 bps, I realised that this comes to around 100, even as high as 110. I know that you don't need to stage it up all the way to complete the snakebite series, but for anybody who wants it maxed, this is a serious grind. If you get 6 races a day where this bp is availible, you're likely to get it once in the morning, once in the afternoon - if you're lucky. I don't even want to begin to imagine the insane amount of bps that will be needed t max the ccx, or the laferrari. Who sees this as a potential / serious annoyance to progression, if you're unwilling to pay to win.

  • I don't find it annoying to be honest.

Getting blueprints for Supercars and Hypercars will take a lot of time, seeing they're the fastest cars in the game. Getting blueprints for Street cars and Classic Sports cars won't take a lot of time, seeing they're the slowest cars in the game.

You just have to be patient and keep playing No Limits daily.

  • Yes it takes ages to stage up your cars all the way and it is getting frustrating. I have decided to grind blueprints for 5-6 cars every day so that I get 8-10 blueprints of different cars. Eventually I'll be able to stage up different cars almost all at once in the next, say, two - three months 😬

  • Well, frankly, getting BPs is not the main concern. In fact, it is the easiest way to raise PR. With Super and Hyper cars, much more work awaits with parts upgrading. Millions of in-game currency and hundreds of materials. You'll find BPs in car series, in crates and premium crates, so it is actually faster than it looks like.

For me it is much more annoying that the time, materials and money invested have drastically smaller effect on higher tier cars. While you can max out a street car with two hundred materials in total and something like 200 thousands cash, upgrading a higher ranked car may require thousand (or two) of materials, several milions of in-game currency and weeks of farming. You upgrade the street car with 350+ PR, which is like 150 % of the initial value. The ten times more expensive upgrade of a super/hyper car will raise its PR by 250-300 points, about one third of its initial value.

Is it just me or a chance of getting a gtr r35 bp is really low? I can get 1 in the 6 replays or 2 if i'm "lucky".

As for blueprints, I am usually able to get at least one per allowed replays in a given event. Sometimes I spend 30 gold to get the bp (when there are two of them and I "pick up" the third card). I got my last bp for GTR-R35 this weekend.

I regret using 30 gold to get another item from those mystery prizes. Easily could have used all those gold spent on the jaguar BPs to max it. Now i'm stuck at 6 stars ☹️

ive been playing for 2 months now every day... every rotation and when fuel becomes available

ive only just maxed my subaru WRX

id say thats pretty bad within itself.. and the nissian skyline / ford mustang is taking even longer!

i dont want to even imagine how long it will take for sports cars or supercars!

@ecchigo123 You were just unlucky that you didn't get Nissan GT-R (R35) blueprints when farming.

I can get at least one Nissan GT-R (R35) blueprint just like HeretikJirka (except I never use Gold to select another reward card after picking the first one).
