Steering Wheel Delayed response

Hi,

I just purchased this game (Need For Speed 2015) for PC. I am using the Thrustmaster T150 steering wheel. All the buttons work for this steering wheel, however there is an issue with the response of the wheel. When I turn the wheel at first, it does fine. Then the faster I turn it or harder that I turn it the response of the game gets worse. Example would be, After turning a couple of times I would then have to turn the wheel almost one full turn left or right before the car in the game responds. Then it puts me into the wall because it turns so hard. The EA website does show this steering wheel to be compatible with this game.

I have contacted EA customer support and their response was that it's not their problem and that it is a problem with the steering wheel. I contacted Thrustmaster and they made a valid point that if the wheel works perfect in all other games and on the Thrustmaster control panel (which it does) then there is a problem with the game not the wheel. I have also reinstalled the drivers for the wheel and even tried plugging it into another usb slot just in case. I've gone in the settings and messed with the steering dead zone settings and sensitivity. None of these settings make it any better. I'm out of ideas. The only thing left was EA's recommendation that I post the problem on here for help.

System specs;  OS Windows 10 Home, Gigabyte  MOBO 990-FXuda3, CPU AMD FX8350, GPU MSI Lightning R9 290X, Ram 16GB Corsair Crucial Ballistix 4x4, SSD Samsung Evo 850 500GB, Corsair 650w power supply, Corsair Water cooled.

Thanks ahead of time for any help

We've compiled a list of troubleshooting steps for wheels, controllers and control issues in the below topic:

    http://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/PC-Wheels-Controllers-Controls-Troubleshooting/td-p/5230054

Since this issue is very specific to the response of the wheel my guess would be that it is either related to Sensitivity Tuning settings (you could try testing the correct settings for your wheel further) in the Control options. Or, it could be related to the actual tuning of your vehicle as I've seen reports of users stating they kept crashing into the wall.

Both myself and Advisors cannot troubleshoot or test this further ourselves as we don't have the wheel readily available. I therefore hope that the suggestions in our troubleshooting sticky helps you solve this.
