Steering wheel

hey, 

so i bought 2 new steering wheels. I have the:

Fanatec porsche 911 GT2 wheel

and the:

Trustmaster ferrari red legends edtion

the wheel itself works with both wheels. but the padels do not. so if I want to accelerate or brake it doesn't work. but I can accelerate with buttons on my steering wheel. i can't change this in settings. this is the only game where this does not work. One more thing: when I go into the map, it automatically scrolls down. please help.
