step by step process of Downloading and installing of NFS MW 2

I am facing lot of problems Buying NFS MW 2 and NFS The run,i ordered limited editions both of game however my whole money is going to waste as i dont know what to do after origin setup could you help me please?

Hi yogditya,

Thanks for clarifying that for me. Once you have the boxed copies of the games, each will have a code to redeem through Origin. These codes are normally stored on leaflets containied in the game box, others will have it printed on the back of the game manual (if there is one).

To redeem these codes, open Origin and click on the "Origin" tab in the top left corner. Select "Redeem Product code". A new box will appear, enter the code I mentioned earlier here and press next. Once you have redeemed this code it will add the game to your game library, from there click on the game and press the download button to download and install the game to your system.

I hope that explains it clearly for you and if you have any more trouble let me know.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the game, hopefully I can help you out with this. I have a few questions to help me get a better idea of what is happening.

The first and most important: DId you purchase the two games through Origin or purchase boxed copies? I have a few more questions that are dependent on this answer, so once you reply with the answer we can see if we can get to the bottom of the problem.

Actually they are original copies of game which I purchased from a store ,i didn't purchase it through Origin

i also have problem with mine too. i purchased it from origin an hour ago but it when i open my origin app.the only game that's there was my nfs rival which i purchased over a week ago.please help me.
