Stop crashing other cars in MP!

That is like talking to a wall when it comes to some players.  Most try there best to race far, but there are always those racers/players that don't.  

I only nudge the cars just tad enough to not mess with their velocity/momentum if I needed to avoid incoming cars. I was surprised some people actually moved to make space for me. Kudos to those individuals. 

But today's race, some * wanted to play rough driving a Regara but their driving sucked, so I ended up taking the win either way with my GTR Prem lol. 

there's another issue, even tho i really try not to crash my mate but when we go same speed and im behind him it crashes him, even tho on my screen he is still not close enough, on his screen im already ruining him and touching him, the hells that?

Especially when the server lags.
